World Models
World models are not about expressing better but about predicting: what happens next, and what my action will lead to.
World models and video generation are often conflated, but the test is simple: video generation only needs each frame to look right, while a world model also keeps state consistent over time, so objects do not vanish and the room is the same when you turn back. The first is a world you can play in, the second an environment you can train in.
