Quantum Computing

Quantum computing coverage follows qubits, circuit design and error correction as they move from lab results toward machines that can take on chemistry, optimization and cryptography problems classical computers cannot finish in reasonable time.

Quantum computers use superposition and entanglement to attack problems classical machines cannot finish, yet qubits remain scarce and noisy, so every useful algorithm first has to survive circuit design and error correction. The field now moves on two fronts: hardware teams race superconducting, ion-trap and neutral-atom designs, while AI tools now optimize the circuits themselves, cutting resources some tasks need by an order of magnitude.
