Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-11
1. Services
ToolNavs provides directory listings, content publication, featured placement, and related digital services. The scope, quantity, display period, review timing, and price are those shown on the purchase and order confirmation pages.
2. Accounts, authority, and orders
- Provide accurate and complete information, protect your account, and take responsibility for activity under it.
- If you purchase for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
- Review the plan, quota, currency, price, and delivery scope before ordering. The order confirmation forms part of the transaction.
3. Submitted content and licence
- You must hold the rights needed for every submitted name, trademark, logo, image, text, and link.
- Submissions must not contain unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, fabricated-review, or unsafe material.
- To fulfil the order, you grant ToolNavs a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, translate, edit, display, and distribute submitted material during the service. Ownership does not transfer.
4. Review, editing, and publication
Every submission is subject to editorial, quality, safety, and compliance review. A purchase does not guarantee approval, ranking, traffic, clicks, conversions, or search-engine indexing. We may request information or changes, reject non-compliant submissions, and remove published content that later proves unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or materially inaccurate. Drafts may be refined freely before first submission. After editorial feedback, each tool or article submission includes up to two revision-and-resubmission rounds unless a higher allowance is expressly shown at purchase. Further changes are outside the original order scope. Rejection does not automatically create a cash refund.
5. Translation and presentation
Multilingual content may combine automated translation and human review. You authorize reasonable edits to titles, summaries, body content, categories, tags, and media for accuracy, readability, SEO, security, and site consistency without changing core facts.
6. Fees, taxes, and delivery
Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are determined at checkout, by the payment provider, or as required by law. After confirmed payment, the purchased submission and content entitlements are credited to the account. Review timing and featured periods follow the selected plan. A third-party provider processes payments; ToolNavs does not directly store complete card numbers or security codes.
7. Service start, cancellation, and no-refund rules
ToolNavs supplies order-based digital services, and review, editing, translation, formatting, publication, and promotion consume resources. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable after content enters review or production; a tool or article is non-refundable once published.
- If payment is complete but no content has been submitted, no entitlement has been used, and performance has not started, you may request cancellation from the email linked to the order. A request does not guarantee approval.
- Performance starts when you submit content for review or when we begin review, editing, translation, formatting, publication, or promotion.
- We do not refund for a change of mind, unmet traffic or ranking expectations, lack of search indexing, third-party changes, incomplete materials, or a submission that violates the rules.
- Used submissions, articles, featured-placement time, and other entitlements have no cash value and are not refundable because placement rotates.
- We will investigate a verified duplicate charge or our inability to deliver a purchased core service after a reasonable opportunity to remedy it, and may retry, provide substitute performance, or issue an appropriate refund.
- Report an unauthorised payment to us and the payment provider promptly. We will cooperate with an investigation and do not restrict lawful cardholder dispute rights.
Mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights remain unaffected. By separately requesting immediate performance at checkout, you expressly ask us to begin before any applicable withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that, where law permits, the cancellation right may be lost after full performance or delivery of digital content. Approved refunds return only to the original payment method.
8. Featured placement
Included featured placement begins when approved content is published and lasts for the purchased period. Placement may rotate by page, device, and recommendation-pool rules and does not guarantee a fixed rank, continuous exposure, or results.
9. Third-party websites and payment services
Tool pages may link to third-party services. Their products, pricing, availability, privacy, security, and transactions are controlled by those third parties. ToolNavs is not a party to transactions between users and third parties and does not guarantee third-party conduct.
10. Suspension, removal, and service changes
We may adjust services for security, compliance, performance, or product improvement. We may suspend an account, stop review, or remove content involving serious violations, infringement, fraud, abuse, or security threats. Action taken for a user violation does not create a refund right unless mandatory law says otherwise.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolNavs is not liable for indirect loss, expected revenue, search rankings, traffic changes, or third-party outages. Aggregate direct liability for an order is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. No exclusion or limit applies where liability or mandatory consumer rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Updates, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms for changes in law, payment rules, or the service and will show the update date on this page. For an order, cancellation request, rights complaint, or dispute, contact the published email from the address linked to the order and include the order and submission numbers. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith. These terms do not limit any non-waivable statutory remedy.
