Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-11
1. Scope
This policy explains how ToolNavs handles personal information when you browse the website, sign in with Google, submit a tool or article, manage an order, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
We may process the account identifier, email, name, and profile image supplied by Google; submitted tool, article, and contact content; order number, plan, amount, and payment status; and IP address, device, browser, language, cookies, access logs, and necessary security records. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in submission content.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information for authentication, account management, order performance, content review and publication, translation, support, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, security, and service improvement. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on contract performance, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in securing and operating the service.
4. Google sign-in
Google sign-in verifies identity and creates a submitter account. We request only the basic profile information needed for sign-in. Google’s own processing is governed by its privacy policy. You may revoke application access in your Google Account, although this can prevent you from signing in.
5. Payments
A third-party payment provider processes payments. ToolNavs does not directly store complete card numbers or security codes, but retains order numbers, amounts, currencies, payment status, and refund or dispute status as needed for delivery and audit records.
6. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Necessary cookies support login, security, and language preferences. Where enabled and subject to any required consent, we may use analytics or advertising technologies to understand visits and display ads. You can adjust non-essential cookies through the consent controls or browser settings; some analytics or personalised features may then be unavailable.
7. Sharing and international processing
We disclose information only as needed to hosting, authentication, analytics, translation, email, and payment providers, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Providers may process data in other countries or regions under their agreements and applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
8. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, preserve order and review records, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, or legal duties. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. We apply reasonable access controls, transmission protection, and logging, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, a copy of your data, or withdrawal of consent. We may verify your identity first. Order, security, or dispute records that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately.
10. Children, updates, and contact
The service is not directed to children below the local age of digital consent. We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change and will show the date on this page. Send privacy requests to the contact email published on the website.
