2. Scope of application
Applicable to the use of algorithmic recommendation technologies such as generative synthesis, personalized push, sorting and selection, retrieval and filtering, scheduling decision-making, etc.
3. The main content
- is clear: algorithm recommendations should adhere to the correct orientation, and it is prohibited to use algorithms to produce and disseminate illegal and harmful information.
- To protect users' right to know and choose, provide functions to turn off algorithm recommendations and delete user tags.
- Algorithmic data should be legal and compliant, prevent algorithmic discrimination and unfair competition, and protect the rights and interests of minors and the elderly.
- Algorithms with public opinion attributes or social mobilization capabilities should fulfill obligations such as filing and security assessment, and establish risk handling mechanisms.
4. Supervision and responsibility
The departments of cyberspace technology, industry and information technology, public security, market supervision and other departments shall supervise in accordance with the law, and those who violate the regulations shall be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the law, including rectification, fines, and suspension of services.
