Lovable Adds Growth Tools: Run Ads and SEO From the Same Chat That Builds Your App

AI information • Admin • • 12 views

Lovable is reaching past the moment an app ships. On October 14, 2026, Lovable announced Growth Tools on its official blog: from the same chat window where users build their app, they now get a growth plan and can launch Google and Meta ad campaigns, fix SEO gaps and generate promotional assets. The problem it targets is concrete: building the app is only the start, and finding users is the harder half.

Set a goal first, then decide whether to spend

You start with a goal, such as your first 100 signups or more bookings this month. Lovable uses what it already knows about your app, audience and current traffic to draft a plan: brand-new apps usually begin with foundations, making pages readable by search engines and AI search, sharpening the landing page offer, and showing up in the communities and directories where customers already are; paid campaigns come when they fit. Lovable cites a Federal Reserve small-business study in which 57% of respondents named reaching customers and growing sales as their most common operational challenge, and its own survey of more than 400 builders, a third of whom did not know where to start finding customers and another third of whom had tried nothing beyond social posts and asking their network. Every step waits for the user's approval, and the goal can change at any time.

Ads launch from chat, but the money never passes through Lovable

The ads flow connects both major platforms. Link an existing Google Ads account or create one, and Lovable installs the conversion tag and recommends a campaign type across Search, YouTube and Maps. On the Meta side, signing in connects the ad account and Page; Lovable adds the Meta Pixel, creating one if needed, then builds image and video campaigns for Facebook and Instagram around a Sales, Leads or Traffic objective. Before anything spends, it summarizes daily budget, locations, languages, goals and tracking for confirmation, and no campaign goes live without approval. Billing runs through the user's own Google and Meta accounts, Lovable adds no service fee on ad spend, and plans and assets consume regular platform credits. Once running, results appear in the Analytics tab, and chat can pause a campaign, change budget, audience or copy, though Lovable says it will suggest changes but never alter a live campaign on its own. SEO comes in three layers: fundamentals such as indexability, metadata and sitemaps plus a Search Console connection; built-in Semrush to find keywords the app can realistically rank for and generate pages and content; and off-site recommendations, with posts and profiles drafted for users to publish from their own accounts.

Nobody using the app is the real problem in chat-based building

The signal here is not feature count but a shifting race: as generating an app from a sentence becomes commonplace, platforms compete less on who builds fastest and more on who helps users keep an app alive as a business. Growth Tools are available today on Free, Pro and Business plans, with Enterprise admins enabling connectors in settings; the same day, Lovable also launched Deploy on AWS, which runs apps in the customer's own AWS account. The cold water: plans and creative can be generated automatically, but ad performance still depends on the product and the budget. A single entry point lowers the effort of getting started, not the cost of acquiring a customer.
