Eligibility is based on in-service teacher status, with no regional or school-stage limits: preschool, primary, secondary, vocational, and higher-education teachers are all covered. Three places where mistakes are easy
First, recognise the application entry by the "Tencent SSV" official account menu, and do not submit identity proof through unclear links or entries forwarded by others; be especially careful when identity document photos are involved. Second, the phone number and identity information must match the registration information; changing numbers or inconsistent information can cause review back-and-forth. Third, after activation, run one small test task first: try a lesson outline, a courseware outline, and a homework design once each, confirm the account, credits, and models are all working, and only then move formal teaching tasks over.
