Many people think that GPT should automatically export files as long as it can calculate and write, and summarize. Actually not. Official advice on how to fix it
OpenAI's approach is clear: the owner of the GPT, or someone with editing rights, can enable Code Interpreter & Data Analysis. After enabling it, GPT can generate real files; If the file itself is too large, downloads are also affected by the 512MB limit.
If you're doing data analysis, weekly reports, presentations, or content with charts, this toggle is almost necessary. Without opening it, GPT can easily stay on the "I can say it, I can't get it down".
